This means taking into account how the many different areas of your life impact each other; Stress, sleep, our food choices, movement and importantly our thought patterns all play a huge role in whether we achieve our health goals or not.

As a busy mother of three girls, I understand the challenges that can arise when you're trying to keep up your health and balance the many demands on your time.
Now as a Nutrition Consultant and Health and Wellness Coach, I've learnt how to make sure I'm nourishing my body with the food it truly needs to help maintain a healthy weight and feel my best.
I've learnt effective exercise for my age that I can easily fit into my day as well as how to manage stress, and most importantly I now know how to manage my mindset to make sure it is working for me not against me!
My passion is to help others do the same so they can feel their best and enjoy life, however busy they may be.
