As supported by my Health and Wellness Training, I strongly believe the most effective way to not only achieve but maintain good health for the long-term is to take a holistic approach.
This means taking into account how the many different areas of your life impact each other; Stress, sleep, our food choices, movement and importantly our thought patterns all play a huge role in whether we achieve our health goals or not.


As a mother of three, I understand firsthand how challenging it can feel to prioritise your health while juggling work, family, and the demands of everyday life.
Those years of feeling stretched, tired, and not quite myself led me to explore what truly supports our wellbeing — especially as we get older and our bodies change.
Now, as a qualified Nutrition Consultant and Health & Wellness Coach, I’ve learned how to nourish my body, maintain a healthy weight, and feel my best through simple, sustainable habits.
I’ve discovered the types of exercise that genuinely support women (and men) in midlife, how to manage stress more effectively, and—most importantly—how to shift my mindset so it helps me rather than holds me back.
My passion is helping others experience the same transformation so they can enjoy life to the max.

In 1:1 sessions, I guide and support you while we explore your nutrition, lifestyle, stress, sleep, habits, and mindset. We set realistic goals, identify obstacles, and create practical strategies that fit your life.

The length of coaching depends on your goals and the level of support you want.
I offer two structured options:
4-Week Foundations Program — perfect if you want to build momentum, refresh your habits, or get clarity and direction.
12-Week Transformation Program — ideal for deeper, more sustainable change with ongoing support and accountability.
Some clients choose to add personalised one-to-one coaching alongside their program, while others book standalone sessions for specific challenges.
Most clients work with me for 4–12 weeks, and some continue longer for ongoing habits, mindset support, and accountability. When you get in touch, we’ll discuss your goals and find the timeline that fits you best.
