About Me...


I’m a qualified Nutrition Consultant and Health & Wellness Coach with a passion for supporting health from a truly holistic perspective. I believe our wellbeing is shaped by many interconnected factors — including nutrition, sleep, stress, physical activity, and mindset — and that lasting change happens when these areas are addressed together.

As a mother of three, I understand how challenging it can be to prioritise your health when time, energy, and motivation feel in short supply. I’ve experienced firsthand how easy it is for wellbeing to slip down the list in the midst of busy lives and responsibilities.

Through my own journey, alongside my professional training, I’ve learned just how powerful it can be to place your health back at the centre. When you begin to nourish your body, manage stress more effectively, and create supportive habits, the benefits extend far beyond how you look — improving your energy, mood, confidence, and overall quality of life.

I’ve always loved teaching and supporting others, and I find nothing more rewarding than helping someone make meaningful changes that allow them to move forward with clarity and confidence.
