About Me...


I'm a certified nutrition and wellness consultant and health and wellness coach, passionate about viewing our health from a holistic perspective. This involves considering various factors that affect our health, such as sleep, stress, physical activity, and nutrition, as they are all closely intertwined.

As a mother of three, I understand how challenging it can be to maintain a healthy lifestyle when energy levels, time, and enthusiasm can be lacking! However, from my own experiences and studies in the wellness field, I fully understand how prioritising your health can significantly improve your overall sense of well-being. These days, with our busy lives and responsibilities, we often put our health on the backburner. But by taking care of our own health, not only do we feel the benefits personally, we also show up better for everyone around us.

I have always enjoyed teaching others and find nothing more rewarding than helping someone make a shift that allows them to achieve their goals.
