I'm a certified nutrition and wellness consultant and health and wellness coach, with a passion for looking at our health from a holistic perspective.  This involves considering the many areas that affect our health, such as sleep, stress, physical activity and, of course, nutrition, as they are all so closely intertwined.

​

As a busy mum of three, I know how tricky it can be to maintain a healthy lifestyle when energy levels, time and enthusiasm can be seriously lacking! However, from my own experiences and studying in the wellness field, I fully understand what a difference it makes to your entire sense of well-being when you prioritise your health.  These days, we all lead such busy lives, often taking care of others,  that we put our health on the backburner, but, as well as feeling the benefits personally, we can show up in a much better way for everyone around us when we place some importance on our own health and consider our own needs.

I have always enjoyed teaching others and find nothing more rewarding then helping someone make a shift that allows them to finally achieve their goals.   By looking at all areas that affect your health and guiding you through an individualised plan that works specifically for you,   I will support you by helping you break old patterns, identify the barriers that have been holding you back and keep you on track so you can achieve the results you want to see!
