Private Coaching

I offer confidential sessions which can be held in the following ways:

 

What you'll get:

  1. You'll receive an assessment to see where you're at and establish what you would like to achieve.

  2. We then put together a realistic action plan to follow.

  3. During each session you will gain new knowledge relevant to your personal goals such as your particular nutritional needs, how to enjoy a balanced physical activity programme, sleep issues, dealing with stress and developing a positive mindset.

  4. We monitor your personalised programme and make modifications as you make progress.

  5. There is a strong focus on self-management so at the end of the programme you are able to take away the skills needed to continue your healthy lifestyle.

 

Pricing: Sessions start from £45 an hour.
